Use of the Creative Teaching Methods in Vocational Training of Disabled People
4 Lithuanians professionals were having their professional training in various parts around Lisbon region. During the Erasmus+ project No. 2017-1-LT-01-KA102-034901 they have been developing their professional competences and practical knowledge in organizing creative teaching methods for disabled people.
From 24.09. till 30.09. they were visiting and job shadowing in many educational institutions, such as:

What knowledge, skill and competencies did participants acquire? Organizations provide participants good insight how vocational school system works in Portugal. Participants deepened their knowledge of the organizational structure and daily working routine of Portuguese institutions. Moreover, they improved their English and Portuguese language skills.
Participants developed professional competences and practical knowledge in organizing creative teaching methods for disabled people. During organized activities, participants deepened their knowledge how vocational school system works in Portugal and got good insight and knowledge of the organizational structure and daily working routine of Portuguese institutions.
