Training Course: School-Parents Synergy: Effective Collaboration in Scholar Education

Description:

During this course, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the formation of the student's personality and the influence of the family and microenvironment. Course participants will be introduced to the types of students and their parents, methods of developing parents' pedagogical and psychological competences. Attention will be paid to the factors of cooperation between teachers and parents, and the most common failures of cooperation. Course participants will learn how to create a culture of collaboration with parents, will also discuss different forms of school-family communication and explore ways to reach and engage apathetic parents.

Course participants will acquire practical skills that will help improve cooperation with parents and create a favorable teaching environment.
